AUGUST 26 "BACKWARDS" PROGRESS

AUGUST 26 "BACKWARDS" PROGRESS

I haven’t updated my health status note in a while. To be honest, it’s because after the first 2 weeks of good progress, I started feeling sick again, and I was ashamed to put up my progress if it was going backwards.

Despite doing everything correctly this whole past month since my last hospital visit (or so I think), today my suspicion was confirmed that my condition is in fact getting worse.. >_
I may have lost a couple of pounds and dropped 2% of body fat, but my blood pressure is even lower than before, and my heart rate dropped so much (a whole 12 BPM) that I’m afraid if it goes any lower, I will have no pulse left..
(Am I the only person who is actually trying to INCREASE my blood pressure?)
Work starts up in full swing again next week, so to be honest, I’m really nervous. It looks like I’m gonna have to be drugged up for the next couple of months until my condition improves and I can work again normally.. -__-
I was recommended to continue my light exercises, which is perfect since I’m all set to start PiYo next week. Hopefully that will do something!
Now I need this workout more than ever, so to the few friends of mine who are supporting me in this… please stay with me! You have no idea how much I need and appreciate you!!!

Today’s results:
  • Heart rate down (50 BMP)
  • Standing HR gap increased to 62 BPM difference (50 -> 112)
  • BP dropped by 11
  • Dosage increased
  • Additional steroidal rx added to hopefully prevent my heart and blood pressure from dropping any more

Looking to Start a PiYo Accountability Group

I haven't done much fitness related stuff since coming to Japan, but I've been recently starting up again in order to help speed my recovery.

I just ordered a Piyo workout from my mom in America, and I'm wondering if any of my friends back home wants to join me on my journey starting in sept?

I'm looking for 5 people to start a FB accountability group with, who are interested in starting Piyo with me next month, and also entering their fitness sweepstakes!

Please message me if you want! Let's get healthy and win a contest!
